SBA Black Terms

Version 2026-10-20 · Effective October 20, 2026

These are the terms you agree to when you sign the back of your SBA Black card. They're written to be read. Signing your card is how you agree to them.

1. Who we are and what SBA Black is

SBA Black is provided by Sports Bet Arbitrage LLC ("SBA", "we", "us"). It's sports-betting software, data and education. You get a board of graded plays, the Matchroom, Coach K (your in-app guide, who can also text you), OFFRAMP, your membership card and the Bookie Program.

Each play on the board has two sides: the favorite, which you bet at your own sportsbook, and the underdog, which you bet at your underdog book. The stakes are sized so that, when both bets go in at the prices on the card, you keep money whichever side wins. That's what we call a lock.

SBA does not accept wagers, hold your betting money or place bets for you. Every bet is yours. You place it in your own account, at a sportsbook you choose.

2. The recommended underdog book

Favor The Dog, the underdog book SBA Black recommends, is affiliated with SBA. It takes the other side of the underdog bets you place there: it pays you if your underdog bet wins and keeps your stake if it loses. Underdog prices on SBA Black are posted there, and every play shows which bet goes to the underdog book. You may use any book you're allowed to use. Favor The Dog's own terms govern your account and your bets there.

3. Who can join

4. Your account and your card

5. Plans, payment and promotions

6. Cancelling and refunds

7. No guarantee: the risks are real

SBA does not guarantee profit, income or any number of plays. Sports betting carries a real risk of loss. Only bet money you can afford to lose.

8. OFFRAMP

OFFRAMP shows routes to bring money home from your underdog book to your own sportsbook by placing a paired bet. It's included with SBA Black. You place every bet yourself. A route lands only if the right side wins; if it doesn't, the money stays where it was or moves the other way. Every cost and chance shown is an estimate, and prices can change before you place. Fees charged by others, such as network, exchange or withdrawal fees, are yours. Some sportsbooks' rules restrict matched or offsetting bets, and that risk is yours to judge.

9. Coach K, texts and alerts

10. The Bookie Program

Every member gets an invite code. When someone joins with your code and pays for a plan, you can earn a commission on it, and on their renewals and the plans of the people they bring, as shown in BUILD. Your rank and rates are shown there too.

11. Fair use

Don't share, resell, post or redistribute plays, prices, grades or other board content before a game starts, including in group chats or on social media. Don't scrape or copy SBA Black, interfere with it, or use it to break the law or a sportsbook's rules. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms. A payment that arrives while your account is paused is held: it's applied if your account is reinstated, or returned to you, less network fees. If we close it for anything other than a breach, we'll refund the unused part of your plan.

12. Responsible gaming

If betting stops feeling fun or in control, help is free and available any time. Call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), the National Problem Gambling Helpline. In New Jersey, call 1-800-GAMBLER. If you're in crisis, call or text 988. If you tell Coach K that betting is weighing on you, he pauses his nudges and a person from his desk reaches out. You can also ask any sportsbook to limit or exclude you.

13. Your information

We collect what we need to run SBA Black: your account and contact details, your plan and payments, the books you link (not their passwords), the bets you record, your Bookie Program activity, your signature and the record of your agreement, and basic device and usage data. We use it to provide and secure the service, to have Coach K reach you, and to meet our legal obligations. We don't sell it. The people above you in the Bookie Program see your first name and initial, your level and how active you are (for example, how many plays you made this week). They never see your stakes, your winnings or your balance.

14. Limits on our responsibility

SBA Black is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for betting losses, for what sportsbooks or networks do, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 40 days before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

15. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new version number. SBA Black asks you to sign your card again before you continue. If you don't agree, you can stop using SBA Black.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Before any formal claim, tell us about the problem through Coach K's desk, and we'll try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. Any dispute that isn't resolved goes to the state or federal courts in New York County, New York.

17. Your signature

You agree to receive these terms and related records electronically, and to sign electronically. When you sign the back of your SBA Black card, whether you draw your signature or type your name, you agree to these terms, and that signature is as binding as signing on paper. We keep a record of your signature, the version you signed, when you signed it, and your IP address and device. You can read the version you signed at any time from the back of your card.
